Handmade selvedge jeans from Greenville, SC
Every pair of Billiam jeans is cut and sewn by hand by me, Bill Mitchell, in Greenville, South Carolina. The Tailored Slim and Straight are made in White Oak Cone Mills selvedge denim, and the Carpenter in Mt. Vernon broken twill. Jeans are $250, in waist sizes 28–36 and 38, and I ship anywhere in the US.

In 2017, when the White Oak Plant of Cone Mills closed, I received a phone call with an offer to buy their last remaining inventory of denim. I wrote a check for everything in my account and bought everything available. For all of these years I have been storing this fabric in secret, waiting for everyone to run out of their inventory to bring this material back to market. It is finally that time and I am proud to announce the re - release of our Tailored Slim cut in this iconic fabric.

In 2012, I began perfecting a leather dye technique I like to call Wood Grain. For many years I would buy large volumes of cow hide to practice this artful approach and as belts sold in greater volume, I began changing my design to be faster and easier to produce. In 2023, I had decided to discontinue these belts in favor of taking a break to return them back one day in all of their glory. The day is here where I am presenting what I believe to be the finest belt I can make at this time.
